Introduction
Bit labeling for BPSK, QPSK, 16 QAM, and 64 QAM defined in
802.11 standard has the following characeritics:
Independent Gray coding on I & Q axis
I bits followed by Q bits
Most negative symbol value corresponds to all 0s

Need to specify mapping for 256 QAM


We propose simply to extrapolate from already defined constellations in 802.11n
