Introduction
The aim of BR performance analysis is to have a clear picture about the
QoS situation in BR, which should be maintained or improved after
migration / swap
The analysis can be conducted based on drive tests and KPI collections
The following slides contain the NSN drive test and KPI recommendations
for measuring BR QoS and for verifying QoS after migration
(BSxx@FlexiBSC) / swap
The selected KPIs for BR analysis (and for verification after migration /
swap) should be discussed in details with operator
Another KPIs can be used on top of the recommended KPIs for analysing the
performance in more details, but the recommended KPIs must be used for
verification

If the performance of BR and BSxx@FlexiBSC / FlexiEDGE BTS environment is
not comparable based on counters due to statistically relevant differences (~10%)
e.g. in traffic volume and traffic profile, then drive tests can be used for verifying
the basic performance (if the BSS network after migration/swap is not optimized to
the similar e.g. traffic volume and traffic profile).

KPI assessment
This module defines the most important BR KPIs, which KPIs should be
monitored in a performance audit phase
This monitoring is needed to get the detailed view of BR QoS, which QoS
must be maintained after migration in BSS environment.
These BR KPIs are comparable with BSS KPIs, so the verification can be
based on BR and BSS KPI comparison after the migration

The BR KPIs are described in the attachement:
