development of skill, stamina and performance of
athletes( Footballers).
The major endpoints ware taken :
1. Improvement in the complete blood picture,Hb%,

BMI, Fat %, FVC, FEV1.
3. Any unwanted events or happenings
Yoga Training / treatment
All subjects undergo rigorous Yog-Pranayam training
at morning 5.30 to 6.30 and evening 6.30 to 7.30

Tools / instruments used
• Tools used for the Physical and Pathological
investigations were BP Instrument,
Weight & Fat analyzer,
PFT(Pulmonary Function Test Apparatus),
TMT(Tread Mil Test Walker), Centrifuge,
Automated Hematology Analyzer, Manual Hematology
Analyzer, Blood Gas Analyzer,
Semi Auto Biochemistry Analyzer and
XL-600 fully automated Biochemistry Analyzer.
• All subjects undergo pre and post physiological and
pathological investigations at Patanjali Yogpeeth OPD,
Pathology Lab and Diagnostic center. Blood samples
ware drawn from an antecubital vein at the beginning
i.e. on 7 July 07 and at the end 12.7.07 for pathological
& biochemical investigation at Patanjali Yogpeeth
Statistics
Data is expressed as mean +_SD. Analysis of the
results will be made by using average change in
parameters showing with bar diagram.
