Casing Selection:
In the upper formations there is the presence of H2S because of this L grade casing should be selected.

For Surface casing:

L-80 154.2 lb/ft weight Wall thickness 0.750 in

For Production casing: L-80 53.5 lb/ft weight Wall thickness 1.09 in

For Intermediate casing: Q-271 164.3 lb/ft weight Wall thickness 0.733 in

MWD
HyperPulse MWD System by Weatherford
Information provided: Directional surveying Formation Gamma ray temperature measurements Operating conditions: 15,000 psi and 302F (we have 5722 psi and 250 F). Features and Benefits Uses mud flow and battery power to generate a positive mud pulse. This simple engineering design gives this system the highest reliability. The sonde-based tool has a 1 11/16-in. diameter and fits collars between 3-1/16 in. and 9-1/2 in. Battery operated Memory type Non-volatile The systems robust design and reliability saves significant time and expense by ensuring continuous operation.
