More issues crop up frequently because things are bad I need to be seen as a leader (even when things are bad and my role is clearly not defined and have a new boss)

Every day before you close the day write the following: 1.Positive things that I did today & positive things that I experienced today 2.What could I have done better? You cannot sleep till you have done this. If you want to you can send me an email and I can help you maintain the document. But this must be done EVERYDAY!
Pray to your god everyday in the morning after you take shower. Ask for strength to deal with all the challenges of the 2 day. Do this silent meditation (even standing) for atleast 3-4 minutes Read one page or module of the book Good to Great. Do this when you go for the potty & when you are getting ready to 3 sleep. Must do atleast 1 page. If you do not get hooked I will replace it with another one. Let me know. 4 Daily 15 mins of some physical exercise whatever walking, jog, push ups whatever works for you.
Crucial conversation with Neeta before the end of the next week. Decide what you want to talk and how you want to 1 present it. We can practice it a few times. I have attached a book notes pdf on crucial conversations. Check out if it is of any help.
