COMBAT REPORTS

Everything seen or heard on the battle field can be used by the S-2. Formats may vary from unit to unit.
Proper communication must be followed in submitting all reports.

INTEL CYCLE
Direction - Higher tasks a unit with a specific objective. Collection - The unit task with the mission does the collection, by reporting, drawing sketches or taking pictures. Processing - Once the reports filter in to the S-2 the annalists process. Dissemination - Once S-2 has made Intel from the information collected it is there job to pass the Intel out to the units to act on it.

Brief is given to incoming helicopters as soon as you are able to get communication
