Defensive Alignments and Techniques

Horizontal Inside Shade, Outside Shade, Head Up Vertical Tight, Neutral, Loose

Strong Safety, Free Safety, Corner

4 = Cover 4 - Zone Coverage 3 = Cover 3, 42 - Zone Coverages 2 = Cover 2, 2 Man Zone, Man Coverage 1 = Man, Man Free, 3 Zone, Man Coverage 0 = Man Expect a Blitzer(s)
