Born in 3 B.C Chanakya also known as Kautilya & Vishnugupta was the world's first Economist, Master Strategist & Management Guru. His management thoughts and ideas guided Kings and Rulers for Centuries.

He documented his lifelong work in the book Kautilya's Arthashastra and his 6000 sutras brought out some of the key principles and strategies for sound governance, which are

relevant even today and would be in the future too.

Karmanaam arambhopaayah purushadravya sampadha dheshakaalavibhagau vinipaathpratheekaarah karyasiddhih ithi panchango mantrah. The five parts of the mantra are: A method or (idea or plan) for starting work. Procuring men and money (resources), Deciding on the place and timing of work , Overcoming difficulties that can arise, and Work accomplishment (and attaining work goal).
