How to bring back missional discipleship in the local church

Session One

THE ORDINARY CHRISTIAN

1.God loves you. 2.Man is sinful and separated from God. 3.Jesus Christ is Gods only provision. 4.We must individually receive Jesus Christ.

Now that you have received Christ


Christ came into your life. Your sins were forgiven. You became a child of God. You received eternal life. You began the great adventure for which God created you.

Barnabas went to Tarsus to look for Saul, 26 and when he found him, he brought him to Antioch. So for a whole year Barnabas and Saul met with the church and taught great numbers of people.

Hears the Good News explained, understands the Good News and responds in genuine faith, is filled with the Holy Spirit as a result, joins and commits to a local community of faith, and learns together with others what it means to be a true follower of Jesus.

THE ORDINARY CHRISTIAN MUST BE A TRUE CHRISTIAN.

Why do some churches only produce Consumer Christians, Vampire Christians, and Good Christians but not True Christians? How can churches (or your church) become more intentional in producing True Christians?
