Digital Camera
Binoculars GPS should have clear view from the sky when using GPS Accuracy GPS positioning will produce an accuracy of 25 meters or better. This accuracy was considered a potential risk, that is why the US Department of Defense introduced Selective Availability (SA) to maintain a military advantage. SA is a random error that is introduced to the timing data and reduces ccuracy of any receiver. The size of error changes, but rarely exceeds 100 meters.

VIII. On survey
Acquire local map/ municipal map Determine/Check search ring actual location (applicable for MM and provincial cities with grid) Locate actual site (for co-located sites) Set options for Site Acquisition Officer (minimum of 3) to get permit for actual survey

RF PLANNING SITE SURVEY GUIDELINES

IX. On getting actual site survey options Get coordinates Get direction/ orientation of antenna Take pictures on coverage area. From 0 to 360 deg view Determine space availability Transmission availability Power availability Security conditions Interference conditions GLOBE/Other service provider signal availability/quality options)
