To find out which factors the organizations require to enhance their performance

Overview
Corporate tradition is the form of fundamental values and Ideas which are shared by employees of a company which

function without thinking and which describe environment of an organization


Culture shows how suitable conditions are and how fit employee is in any organization

Significance of study
This study will contribute for suitable planned responses which would prove to contain developing and implementing the inner

ability of rapidity and the cultural morals that maintain it We will understand culture of organizations and their influence on employee performance which can help in elaborating why some organizations are successful because of their strong culture.

Significance of study
The study also suggests that support in the form of training, communication, rewards and resources must be provided equally so

more managers and employees can be successful in removing cultural barriers from a firm

Research objectives
To discuss and analyze critically how corporate culture manifests in behavioral norms and expectations. To identify the values and practices of employees that is in accordance with organizational culture. To examine the organizational cultural orientations, as well as its impact on employee performance

The combination of common way of life, morals, assumptions, considerable meanings, which are different and unique for every organization.

Employee Performance The job related activities expected of a worker and how well those activities were executed.

Parameters:
1. Hypotheses will be accepted of standard error up to 2% (when both

statements are disagreed with).


2. Hypotheses will be accepted when hypotheses statement is agreed 50% or more than that. 3. Hypotheses will be accepted when both statements are agreed up to 30% or more than that.

Ho: Strong organizational culture will not have positive impact on employee performance H1: Strong organizational culture will have positive impact on employee performance The culture of organization affects the concentration and efficiency of employees and hence has great impact on employee performance. 36% people agreed to the statement that Working conditions help to achieve greater job satisfaction also agreed with the statement that the Strong organizational culture will have positive impact on employee performance

In total 54% people agreed to our hypothesis statement that corporate culture has positive
impact on employee performance.

60% people agreed to both. In total 74% agree to the

hypothesis statement that companies which appreciate team work significantly and positively affect employee performance, hence H1 is accepted.

that training can increase his performance and also to training increase employee performance in an organization. increases employee performance so we accept our H1.

Conclusion:
Right working environment motivates the employees. Frustration, anxiety and anger of employees can be prevented by providing them with the right working environment and strong organization culture.
Other independent variables which are included in leadership factors of corporate culture like training, teamwork and fair treatment also have positive impact on employee performance.
