ABPP OVERVIEW
ABPP stands for Agile Business Process Platform. Supports asynchronous business messages and events, and provides the ability to monitor, filter, analyze, correlate, and respond in real time. Handle long-running processes along with synchronization and delivery of information across the applications involved in the business processes.

MDM OVERVIEW
MDM stands for Master Data Management. Developed on the ABPP Platform. I2 tool which helps you synchronize key data elements across different systems and geographies.

MDM OVERVIEW
Data Staging for loading, cleansing, validating, aggregating, and publishing data. Data Model Maintenance for model extension and model repository.

SCOPE OF MDM
Data Validation can be done easily over a huge data from SAP Bappis by bulk loading feature. MDM can be used as a data entry tool. MDM makes the data modification possible to end user. MDM can be used as a repository for the i2 products. MDM provides data security between modules.

MDM IMPLEMENTATION
Data can be extracted into i2 MDM (Master Data Management) via Informatica adapters or through data upload. Data from SAP can be filtered based on pre-defined logic (in ETL Tool) to load the Inbound staging of MDM Data validation workflow in MDM makes sure that the data in Reference tables are valid. For further modification of data. The data which are loaded in MDM are then moved to other i2 Module like DM,MP,PM etc.

ROLE OF MDM
Inbound staging of MDM is nothing but a replica of non validated SAP data and flat files. E2E validation workflow will validate data in Inbound staging. Errors thrown from the Inbound staging are helpful to the end user to trace out the error source.

ROLE OF MDM
Valid data keep in Reference data repository after E2E. UI helps the further modification, addition and deletion of reference data. Reference data repository will be the input for i2 Applications. Alerts are provided to the end user.

CONCLUSION
MDM is user friendly and plays a vital role in Master Data Maintanance. The web UI of MDM provides the broad access of MDM.
