Objectives.

To know Retailers Perception towards Services Provided by Coca-Cola. To identify service given by Coca-Cola to Retailers. To find out service performance of Coca-Cola.

Scope of the Study - Varachha, Mota Varachha, amroli, kosad, chhaprabhatha road Data collection

Limitation

Non-cooperative approach and rude behaviour of some of the respondents.

The time period of study was only for two month.

The training was carried on in the peak season so market developer was not so supportive.

Talk About Market Schemes Pepsi Is More Aggressive Than Coke. At Times Retailers Complains That They Do Not Get The Companys Actual Scheme. Coca-Cola is the leading soft drink brand in Varachha region & most selling brand in the region is Thumps Up, Sprite and Maaza. Retailer Gives More Preference To The Coca-cola Products Like Thums-up, Maaza, And Sprite. Coca-cola is the market leader in overall market.

Finding

According to most of the outlet owners the product which is seen is sold i.e. "Jo Dikhta Hai Woh Bikta Hai".

The most popular brand in the market is thums up.

Recommendations

The company should more effectively handle visi cooler complaints.

Company should ensure, The scheme reach the Retailers.

Overall service should be improved for getting more sale.

Cooler Purity should be treated as a priority.

Learning

If in future offering job related to field work at that time this summer internship help full to me. This helps me to increase my confidence and convincing power. I had also learned how to build and maintain relationship with costomer. Learn how to solve customer problem.
