TIME

Attention: Clock is ticking tik.. tok.. tik.. tok..

Time is a dimension in which events can be ordered from the past through the present into the future and also the measure of durations of events and the intervals between them. "time is what keeps everything from happening at once"

Hour Hand

The long hand on the clock is called the MINUTE HAND, and the short hand is called the HOUR HAND. The minute hand goes around the clock once an hour, and the hour hand goes around the clock once every twelve hours. The blue numbers are the hour numbers, and the red numbers are the minutes in each hour.

Example-Hourglass
The flow of sand in an hourglass can be used to keep track of elapsed time. It also concretely represents the present as being between the past and the future.

TIME we follow
There are 24 hours in a day. The day is broken up into two parts: A.M. (the morning hours) and P.M. (the evening hours). Every clock has 12 hours on it which stands for half of a day.

So lets learn to manage Time

David Allen: Time management is a foolish idea, he says. You dont manage time. Have you ever mismanaged five minutes and come up with six? Or four-and-a-half? Time just is. Our actions are what we manage, during time.

Hence Time Management.

Time management is the act or process of planning and exercising conscious control over the amount of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency or productivity. Time management may be aided by a range of skills, tools, and techniques used to manage time when accomplishing specific tasks, projects and goals complying with a due date. Initially, time management referred to just business or work activities, but eventually the term broadened to include personal activities as well. A time management system is a designed combination of processes, tools, techniques, and methods. Time management is usually a necessity in any project development as it determines the project completion time and scope.

Time management is necessary because

1) available time is limited, 2) time cannot be stored: if unused it is lost forever, 3) one's goals are usually multiple, sometimes conflict, and not all goals are of equal priority, 4) goals cannot be accomplished without the application of effort, which requires the use of time.

Thanks for your Time!!
