Background of the study

All individuals in this world have the right to learn and know something (United Nations, 1948). These include educational opportunities for students with special needs. They should be given the same opportunities as other normal individuals so that they are not isolated from the mainstream of national learning. Nowadays, there is an effort to provide educational opportunities for students with special needs in mainstream classes and it has earned a positive change. This is in line with the concept of education for all by providing educational opportunities and services to all students including those with special needs such as visual impairment, hearing problems and learning disabilities

Background of the study

In an organization, including the organization of education, administration or management is extremely crucial .Without efficient management the production processes cannot be run well. To manage an organization, an administrator or leader should understand first what is meant by the administration. Griffiths (1959 ) , in a book entitled Administrative Theory, state administration is a pattern of behavior that is found in all organizations. It is the process of arranging and controlling social organization. Drucker (1945 ) in his book The Practice of Management explained that the administration is resources and the resources are valuable. Stoner (1984 ) says it was a process management planning, organizing , leading , controlling effort and organization members to use other resources to achieve goals

Untuk melihat sejauh mana pentadbiran dalam pendidikan khas ini mampu untuk..
Menguruskan murid bekeperluan khas di sekolah. Melatih guru yang berpengetahuan untuk mendidik murid bekeperluan khas Memastikan alatan dan keperluan lain untuk murid bekeperluan khas mencukupi dan sesuai. Peranan dan kerjasama ibubapa dalam memantau murid pendidikan khas.

Berdasarkan masalah yang diperoleh, empat soalan kajian dibuat..


Bagaimanakah pemilihan murid bekeperluan khas ini dijalankan oleh pentadbir? Adakah guru yang mengajar murid bekeperluan khas ini terlatih? Adakah alatan dan keperluan lain untuk murid bekeperluan khas mencukupi dan sesuai?

Apakah peranan dan kerjasama ibubapa dalam memantau murid pendidikan khas?

Significance of the Study

The study would give an overview of how administrative in SEN was conduct in school

This study can facilitate the district education department (PPD)to identify programs that are suitable to be carried out in SEN student in school.

This study can be part of the references for parent to provide education to their SEN child.

Teacher Education Department of Ministry Education might be interested with the findings from this research to construct better module and more suitable activities and try to solve the problem that might be accure

Research Limitations
As a consequence of the small samples size, the findings from this study did not represent all primary school teachers perceptions towards school climate in Malaysia.
During distributing the questionnaire and conducting interview session, the researcher was having some problem to communicate with the special needs student and the parent.
