1. Womens life expectancy is higher than mens, so there will be more women than men in elderly groups, (Hanafiah, 1999). 2. Every women will definitely experience menopause period in their life, (Masri, 2004).
3. The decreasing of estrogen often causes symptoms that influence life quality, such as the increasing of coronary heart disease or Osteoporosis.

CHAPTER V CONCLUSIONS AND SUGGESTIONS

1. Womens readiness from 66 respondent is 80,30% (53 people) enough readiness 2. The complaint from 66 respondent is 57,58% (38 people) average 3. There is a negative correlation between womens readiness and the complaint that occur during the menopause period in Maguwoharjo Village, Depok Municipal Sleman 2006. 4. Its mean..
