Main Objective
Development of a system aimed to support the enterprise adaptability towards the new requirements of the knowledge based economy, by:
- Providing and updating the competencies for human resources involved in activities as technical and technological innovation and/ or research/ development/ design, - Professional formation in the field of advanced technologies for entrepreneurs and managers directly implied in development/ design process of competitive business areas, - Development of a National Network of Consultancy and Professional Formation Centers in the fields of the knowledge management and of newest IT and control engineering technologies.

Specific Objectives
1. Specific needs identification for two distinct target groups : professionals (engineers) from the field of technical and technological innovation, research and development; entrepreneurs and managers developping applications/ bussiness in competitive areas
implemented by: Identification and adaptation to Romanian needs of international, practically validated, models for target grup members formation

Obtaining feedback from target group representatives

Specific Objectives
2. Generating flexible curricula, for the newest technologies and cognitive paradigma in fields as IT, control engineering and knowledge management,
3. Development of a National Center for Consultancy and Professional Formation and of a national-wide network of similar regional centers for enterprise support, by formation and consulting services. 4. Promoting a qualitative standard for professional formation and specialization of target groups by elaborating, authorizing/ certifying and providing professional formation programmes in the national centres network institutional framework 5. Ensuring the sustenability of the network after project conclusion.
