1.Norms for the workshops infrastructure need to be followed as per corporate identity manual for dealers (part no. 99200M00021-74E) and for MASSs (part no. 99200M00031-74E) 2.Customers facilities available in workshop has high impact on customers satisfaction.This has been circulated through circular no.10, 2009. Customers facilities available in workshop should meet the norms as per CI manual
5s Methodology at SAI Service 5s is a method of organizing a work place and maintaining standards at the work place. 5s motivates workshop staff, improves safety efficiency and productivity of the workshop. 5s ensures that only those item's are kept at the workplace which are required,and these items are place at a proper location in a proper quantity in cleaned condition. 5s stand's for five Japanese word whose applications has been proven to be very successful to improve the system in the workshop the five Japanese word's and their meaning's are: 1.Seiri-Sorting 2.Seiton-systematic arrangement 3.Seiso-cleaning 4.Seiketsu-standardisation 5.Shitsuke-Sustaining the discipline

They remind customers about their due date of service . They also do follow up of customers who have not visited during one year. They charge less prices than other dealers. They try their level best to provide satisfaction to customers.
