INTRODUCTION
This work is based on my professional experience, which describe the MOF (manual of operations and functions) that I conducted as part of the career of Agroindustrial Engineering, regarding my experience as a bachelor.
1.2 OBJECTIVES
GOAL - Know the specific and general functions are performed in the professional field of agribusiness, focusing on professional experience in the company's current work. - SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES - Know the enterprise. - Describe the manual of operations and functions performed in INTERCADE, as working as an analyst quality.
1.3JUSTIFICATION
The work is a reflection of what is learned in professional career, therefore must be properly made and supported bye the graduate to dump this way their experience and support their colleagues in the realization The work is viable because it is based on experience by the professional career.

2.1 Organization description The institution where I work now is INTERCADE. INTERCADE means Interamerican Institute of Capacity and Development. This company is a consultancy engineering and management, established to transmit knowledge and information multidisciplinary professionals and executives of companies that develop or direct activities related to the engineering sector and the environment around the world. It has a staff of professionals and consultants with extensive experience in the field.
Participate in the development process and the generation of value for the engineery comunity, giving consultancy and training in all knowledges areas.

3.2 Courses
The courses have a short duration , bye 1, 2 and 3 months as maximum,as appropriate specialty.
3.3 Validations
Both courses are validated as graduates supported by staff INTERCADE and international consultants are there in the company.
These coaching and counseling are offered in two types of procedures: - Virtual Mode - In-company or In House.

The product thats offers by INTERCADE is consultancy and training for the engineers. For the enterprise, the goal per month is US$200000; this price involves the diplomado course and the courses sales. In the case of the diplomado course, the selling price is US$1800, and, the selling price is US$900 for the courses. Therefore, the gross margin is equals the selling price minus direct production costs, then the result is US$1300. The total costs is US$750, and the result of mark up is the subtraction of selling price minus total costs, hence, this quantity is US$1050. To reach this goal, is necessary to sell one hundred eleven units per month.
