Sales Capability Tests


Sales Aptitude Test (SAT): recommended to be used as a screening tool for fresh hires, it measures the basic aptitude towards sales.

Three Dimensional Sales Profile (SP-3D): recommended to be used in hiring and selection process just before the interview. It gives scores on candidate's sales potential, sales style, strength and developmental areas. Only those who score above 65% are eligible to join the eSell Program
