Be brief, to the point and as honest as you can without hurting yourself. Refer back to the planning phase of your job search where you considered this topic. it has been my lifes longest dream to be part of a company that and I feel that your company Dont say anything bad about your previous company
Be careful & be positive, describe more features that you like than you dislike. Dont cite personality problems. If you make your last job sound terrible, an interviewer may wonder why you remained there until now.
Salary is a delicate topic, we suggest that you defer tying yourself to a precise figure for as long as you can do politely.
Possible answers: I understand the range for this job is between P__ to P__. That seems appropriate for the job as I understand it.

CONGRATULATIONS! You have found the unusual interviewer asking a rare question. Dont feel stupid just feel like you have run into a very unusual situation. If you are interviewing for a creative position, then the question is most appropriate because the interviewer may be attempting to evaluate your creativity and yor ability to deal with an off beat question.

Answer YES if you would. But since you need to work, this type of work you prefer. I might put up a business or go back to school and improve myself, however at this point in time Id like to experience how its like to be working. Do not say yes if you dont mean it or you can say also that you still wouldnt resign because you feel like there are still a lot of things for you to grow and that you make it a point that you just go for the job because of money but mainly for self improvement and hopefully self-realization.
