ENEC HSE representative had recommended analysis of recurring findings such access and egress, housekeeping, and scaffolding. The analysis will cover past 3 months, trend be known whether performance is following a positive trend. The slide on HSE Findings per Area must have additional column showing no. of inspections in specific area. For example, reported findings at camp is zero but number of inspections unknown. Advan company discussed action plans on the 43 findings this week. Planning and Engineering Manager from Advan explained corrective actions to address findings related to scaffolding, fall protection, etc. Due to high rating of HSE findings, the organization will come back next week presenting their complete plans.

Subcontractors should focus on condition of Access and ladders in the areas of Power Block. These Egress, 62% organizations can make use of HSJV ladder total findings at checklist to upgrade current conditions of Power Block ladders in Power Block
Half of the total findings are related to require tagging, and condition of ladder. Awareness on tagging requirements is necessary to all workers. Ladder will be checked again at all aspects ensuring compliance to standard requirements. Note : additional trainings must be reinforced to improve awareness of workers
