I adopted the method of simple random sampling as there is an opportunity sampling bias in this method. In SPSS,I had used the chi square test and correlation in testing the hypothesis as they helped me in judging the degree of relationship between the variables.

Analysis and interpretation of pie charts and Hypothesis

1.There is a positive impact of services like ventilation and rest rooms on employees job satisfaction. Ventilation Facility and Job satisfaction

The calculated value of chi square test is 7.41 at 9 degree of freedom and the tabulated value of chi square at 5% level of significance is 16.919 which means that the null hypothesis is accepted as the calculated value of chi square is less than the tabulated value of the chi square.

The result of correlation is .08 which is nearer to 1 i.e.the positive side. Thus, the correlation is positive which means that there is a positive impact of ventilation facility provided to the employees on job satisfaction of employees.

RECOMMENDATIONS
1.The manager should change his/her leadership style so that the employees feel comfortable and satisfied with the job. They can adopt the participative style of leadership for leading their sub ordinates. 2. There should be proper furniture for the employees as they have to spend almost a whole day in the office for which they need to be comfortable with the surroundings. 3.As the employees are not at all satisfied with the conflict resolving measures, the management should take an overview of the problems creating conflicts and come up with new conflict resolving techniques which is quite beneficial for the employees as well as the manager. 4.I would recommend the manager to make the employees realize that their job is secured as there are less number of employees who are satisfied with the job security. 5. I would like to recommend the management to improve the quality of the rest rooms that are provided to the employees.
