Responsibilities: You will be responsible to refine the organizations overall fundraising plan and tactics. They have a very basic fundraising plan in place that lacks sophistication relative to the level of their work. They need help on how to approach fundraising in a way that maximizes how they allocate their time across different fundraising strategies and focus what organizations or individual donors they target for support.
Output Expected: A fundraising plan with clearly identified fundraising channels along with recommendations on how to approach and deliver the same, reviewed at least 2 times by the organization

Design a Website

Responsibilities: You will be responsible to revamp and make the website of the NGO look more attractive with the existing content. You will also ensure that the organizations site looks fresh and relevant and leaves visitors with no confusion about who they are and what they do. You should be someone whos familiar with HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop
Output Expected: Website visual design including a customized theme with various layouts and templates
Time commitment: Visit to the NGO- Once, Hours- 2 hrs in the weekends for 2 months
Responsibilities: You will be responsible to revamp and make the website more meaningful with the existing content.

Responsibilities: You will be responsible to help write creative, concise and a compelling copy for the report. This process will involve simplifying content and extrapolating the very best highlights of their work from dense, text-heavy information. This may also include providing inputs on content selection and ideas/suggestions for effective visuals (infographics, graphs, photos, etc.).

Responsibilities: You will be responsible to create a promotional video of 3-4 mins that gives
the non-profit the opportunity to communicate what the organization does and why it is
important to a wide audience in an engaging manner. The video should be able to offer an avenue for reaching potential volunteers or funders, as well as people who may not yet be familiar with the organization.
Design a Brochure/Flyer
Locations: West Delhi (Peeragarhi), South Delhi (Gautam Nagar), Central Delhi (Anand Parbat)

Responsibilities: You will be responsible to design an organizational brochure. This brochure will be the flagship of their print marketing materials and should give their target
stakeholders a clear picture about who they are, what they do and the tremendous impact
they have on young peoples lives. Output Expected: A final version of a brochure template provided in the high-resolution format of your choice (jpeg, gif, pdf, etc.) that you will be able to update and reprint as many times as you like.
Create an E-Newsletter
Location: West Delhi (Peeragarhi), Gurgaon (Sec 22B), Central Delhi (Anand Parbat)

Responsibilities: You will be responsible to help the non-profit develop a template and create their first e-newsletter which they will initially post on our website. This is basically to develop a compelling and comprehensive communications tool for all their stakeholders.
Output Expected: An e-newsletter template in Word or other email platform for future transmissions with style guide including color and font.

Responsibilities: You will be responsible to help the non-profit develop an SEO Strategy by getting their rankings higher on search engines. You will also be required to adjust, change or add some existing code on the site and tweak metatags, tags, and other items on
the site.
Output Expected: Increased traffic to their website from search engines including Google, Yahoo and Bing
Time commitment: Visit to the NGO- twice, Hours- 5-6 hrs in the weekends for 2 months
Responsibilities: You will be responsible to go through the Non Profit's present Policy manual and make changes where required in consultation with the Head there. Your work will focus on a variety of human resources that nonprofits employ, including staff, board members, and volunteers.
Draft an HR Strategy
Location: South Delhi (Gautam Nagar)
Time commitment: Visit to the NGO- twice, Hours- 5-6 hrs in the weekends for 2 months
Responsibilities: You will be responsible to develop strategic HR directions so that nonprofits can improve their internal HR processes, giving them the ability to better serve their clients in the community. You will asses the nonprofits HR capacity and make recommendations for the future. Depending on the project, your work will focus on a variety of human resources that nonprofits employ, including staff, board members, and volunteers.
Responsibilities: You will be responsible to help the non-profit develop a volunteer policy
that details their approach and commitment to volunteers. You will define the relationship between the organization and volunteers, clarifying expectations and responsibilities and developing consistent procedures that result in volunteers feeling more supported,

Responsibilities: You will be responsible to review the legal related issues the Nonprofit is facing in terms of HR. These could be related to PF, ESI, Leave management, payroll etc.
Output Expected: A note stating in clear language the policy behind these legal aspects with regards to the NGO.

Responsibilities: You will be responsible to ensure employee packages are in alignment with company policies and guidelines, are competitive, and are compliant with legal and fiscal regulations.

Responsibilities: You will be responsible to develop a policy on the appraisal strategy of the nonprofit that aims to help in creating a clean environment in the organization by linking rewards with achievements generating information for the growth of the employee as well
as of the organization, and suggesting appropriate person-task matching and career plans.
You will also be responsible for examining the various job roles present in the nonprofit, identifying KPIs, training needs and developing action plans on the same. Output Expected: A policy note

Responsibilities: You will be responsible to prepare teaching aids on a particular concept from a subject eg addition, multiplication, nouns, verbs etc in the form of puzzles, crosswords, board games etc
Time commitment: Visit to the NGO- once, Hours- 3-4 hrs in the weekdays/weekends.
Responsibilities: You will be responsible to take a workshop for the staff of this NGO on the different kinds of methods that can be used for fundraising ,specially focusing on corporate fundraising..

Responsibilities: You will be responsible to perform a thorough analysis of the NGOs current proposal for fundraising, to determine what works and what needs improvement and help them in building a strong pitch.
