Ergonomics Ergonomic
Ergonomics (or human factors) is the scientific discipline concerned with the understanding of interactions among humans and other elements of a system, in order to optimize human well-being and overall system performance.
Understanding of Ergonomics
Concept of A System
A system consist of 3 interdependent factors Man, Machine and Environment These 3 factors interact with each other and form stability in productivity of an organization

Cognitive
Cognitive ergonomics is concerned with mental processes, such as perception, memory, reasoning, and motor response, as they affect interactions among humans and other elements of a system. (Relevant topics include mental workload, decision-making, skilled performance, human-computer interaction, human reliability, work stress and training as these may relate to human-system design.)

Ergonomic Hazards
A physical factor within the environment that harms the musculoskeletal system. Ergonomic hazards include uncomfortable workstation height and poor body positioning.
Ergonomic Hazards
MusculoSkeletal Disorder
A musculoskeletal disorder is a condition where a part of musculoskeletal system is injured overtime. The disorder occurs when the body part is called on to work harder, stretch farther, impact more directly or otherwise function at a greater level then it is prepared for. The immediate impact may be minute, but when it occurs repeatedly the constant trauma cause damage.
Ergonomic interventions
Modifying the existing workstations Designing new tools Applying work-aids Adequate training Significantly diminished their problems
