checks of the developer and Pag-ibig Fund
9.Had no Pag-ibig housing loan that was foreclosed , cancelled bought back
due to defaultor subjected to dacion en pago

Repricing
2. For Loans up to P 400,000 , PAG-Ibig Fund may reprice the interest rate once
every three years provided that it shall not exceed the original rate.
3. For Loans over P 400,000 up to P 3,000,000 PAG-Ibig Fund shall reprice the
interest rate of the loans every three years at rates based on prevailing market
rates at point of repricing which shall not be lower that the original rates and shall
not exceed the following:
