3. How much was the initial capital? 4. Describe the operation during the first 2 years? - the operation during that 2 years is not easy.
B. Present Situation Analysis 1. Describe the present operation of your business? - Today Greenwich have kept that homey atmosphere and personalize service it is known to have ever seen but also tries to put in new elements in its store design and service.
2. How far has it gone since it started? - it is gone a long, long way since then. 3. What make it different from each competitor? - the taste of our pizza
C. Future Plans 1. What are your plans in the next 5 years? - Since farmers plaza has two greenwich store, we are planning to take our first movie to relocate. Separate our delivery crew from dine IN/OUT customers, because now our crew are all around.
2. Are there hindrances in attaining goals or achieving maximum profitability? - Yes, our competitor in the business industry. Us we all know there are many company out there who are into food business.

2. What are the different makers in the company? Store Manager - Leads the entire store team in the achievement of goals interprets effectively the company direction.
Assistant Store Management - Embodies the Greenwich culture and values serves as the arms and legs of the store. Crew Trainer Leader - Trains the new team members models the Greenwich values motivates the doer to be consistent in implementing the FSC standards.
E. Who are the decision makers in the company? Assistant Store Manager - If the problem is a minor one. Store manager if the problem cant solve by its assistant manager and if its about legal matters the area manager will be the one to decide.
F. What are the different responsibilities of each department? Service crew - Serve the food to the customer Kitchen - Cook the food
Reflection on the held interview During our interview the manager share us that one of their problem in the store is that some of the customer sit there with out ordering. Most are senior citizen. We had a lot of fun during the said interview because the manager is very accommodating and so their staff. He also asked and us if we still need some documents.
