Reconfiguration of the core HR, Self-Service and iRecruitment applications to amend core work structures, personalization, SelfService forms and key business processes to meet a unified global design that can be replicated in the other markets Removal of customized, China-specific solutions in order to streamline the implementation and improve its effectiveness from an end user perspective Significant end-to-end testing in order to confirm that none of the changes implemented in the retrofit adversely affected the existing live application Regression testing to assure a successful payroll run of 80,000 employees Transition from a localized solution to a global framework

Business Suite R12 Core Human Resources, Self Service HR, Compensation Workbench and Performance Management for Client X since July 2012. This program intends to move all Client Xs global locations to a fully integrated HCM solution over the course of the next five years. Following our support role in global design, the first phase of this multi-year journey was to retrofit the existing Client Xs China HCM footprint (implemented successfully by Deloitte) to align with the Client Xs global HCM design. The application had previously been implemented locally in China, along with Oracle Payroll, to meet local requirements.
