Optimization Project

Advantages: Preparation of tasks.

20% reduction in assembly station preparing every task by following the instructions (up to 10 hours) : Location of special tooling. Indication of consumables.
MAeS - QA & Engineering Maintenance instructions
Optimization Project

Advantages: Time control

Each task will have a specific time control (base of KPI's). The supervisor would assign tasks to each worker to complete The employee would sign the exact time spent on each task.

their workday.

Spent time on a particular job would be counted accurately.

Optimization Project

Summary of objectives
All stations Establishing a sequence from the beginning to the end. To define prioritization to optimize the process and reduce the TAT. Integrated instructions: maintenance instructions (routine instructions, SBs, ADs, customer requirements), tooling , consumables, warnings and part identification. All we need to carry out each task will be define in the correspondent task. Inspection Inspection of parts sorted by priority.

Optimization Project

Summary of objectives
Subcontract Process of parts in subcontractor according to our priority. Kitting Establishing kitting as a manager of the parts. Gain control to make decision at the right time. We must know when we will need the part. Organize assembly in order to achieve the optimize sequence. Assembly Kitting per task done before this station. An efficient assembly sequence to reduce and optimize assembly time. To reduce technical records.
