Subject : Report on Condition and Facilities of Gazebos in

Mara High Skill College (MHSC), Pasir Mas

Summary/Abstract
The report is based on our inspection of gazebos in Mara High Skill College, Pasir Mas. The gazebos was in a bad condition which is too dirty and the equipment is not provided including Wireless Local Area (WLAN) connection, Light-Emitting Diode (LED) lamp and roofs. The recommendations given including repair and provide new and comfortable gazebos and provide roof for the gazebos

1.0 Introduction
The report was made on the instruction of Mr. Ahmad Muzri bin Mohamed Nuri as the Head of warden to inspect the condition of gazebos around Mara High Skill College areas and make recommendations to improve it. There is 17 gazebos have been inspected and the findings have been recorded.

2.0 Findings

2.2.1 A few chairs are broken

2.2.2 Some of the chairs are dirty 2.3 Equipments absent

3.0 Conclusions
From the inspection that has been made, it can be concluded that the gazebos around the Mara High Skill College was in a bad condition. This is suggestions to improve the condition : 3.1 Tables 3.1.1 The tables must be cleaned and painted 3.2 Chair 3.2.1 Provided new chairs to replace the broken, old chairs 3.2.2 The chairs must be cleaned

3.3 Equipments absent 3.3.1 Provide the new LED lamps 3.3.2 Broad the Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) connection to the gazebo areas 3.3.3 Provide roofs to the gazebos that have no roofs
