AIM OF THE PROJECT

Bugs are the unfortunate evil in software. This is not
because developers are necessarily bad, or that we write bad code, its just that sometimes we cant think of everything that could possibly happen when users are involved. And as you know, users are the main reason that you programs might crash , not the code. besides, what would all the quality assurance people do if we all wrote perfect code? To alleviate the complexity of error handling in your application the software debian bug tracking is the solution to plan manage , track and co ordinate the software's before there production to the ultimate client.

MODULES INVOLVED
The system has six governing modules which are further divided into more granular modular according to the FRS prepared by Functional Department by system Analyst and Designers as per the customer requirement.

ADMINISTRATOR SECTION
This admin section is further divided into three more sub modules namely Log Views , Configuration and Users this section is handled by the project managers where he has fullfledged access to the system where he can set up the system environment for the contracted solution or application as on Linux , windows , sun etc. as well he can create new users or team members that he hooks up into the software for development such as team leader , module leader , project leader , senior s/w engineer , junior s/w engineer SQA etc. after assembling the team for development he can track out the users log views such as SQA logged in the system for testing the module and has submitted the testing report his client machine Ip Address , the date and time for log.

SEARCH SECTION
This section of the system has to deal with the
searching capabilities for greater and ease use of the system such as it should check the projects involved in to the development division between specified time as dec27-05 to dec 27-06 what is the status of the project the tool used for development as MS.VS.Net .7.0 if database used which one as Ms SQL Server the operating system or the application server.

VIEWS SECTION
This section of the system has to deal with the
products and users hierarchy which are to sub modules of the system. There functionality is as such it should display the users hierarchy in the software development as PL-TL-ML-SSE-JSESQA-TE. Apart from this it should also display the way these users are involved in the system such as ML for handling 4 modules SQA for testing modules using (ACT) Application Center For Testing in MS.NET. Etc.

TRACKING SECTION
This area has three basic modules as track
hierarchy , track resources , track resolution. the track hierarchy will tell the detailed tree view about the bugs or error in the sections of the developing software such as in the software system stationary management system there is error in the reorder level module while connecting to MS Access data source. The resources used Access Ms.Net(ASP.Net). And also will show the resolution status whether the error is resolved or on process or yet no action taken.

BUGS VIEWS
This section will tell about the detailed bugs
history as where is the error in which software in which module in which form as well in which line such as error in retrieving the field from the data source the component is GUI title is Bub01 the os is Windows server status is on process , not only this the system can give the assignments to the users for resolving the bugs and take the feed back he can manipulate the assignments

PRODUCT DETAILS
This area of the software system bug tracking
system has three child modules 1.product Details 2.product Version 3. product Users , they deals with the product information that is software contracted information. As in areas the product name Classifieds Store for client ISBN Corporation platform MS.Net (ASP. Net) system environment Windows 2000 server. Release version cs v1.0 , cs v2.0 and the date 27-dec-2005. as well the users involved in to the system example kalpana role team leader etc.
