Where to Travel?
History: There are a lot of beautiful countries where you have to go.One of this is Jamaica. Jamaica is an island country situated in the Caribbean Sea, comprising the third-largest island of the Greater Antilles. Once a Spanish possession known as Santiago, in 1655 it came under the rule of England and was called Jamaica. It achieved full independence from the United Kingdom on 6 August 1962. Jamaica is a Commonwealth realm with Elizabeth II as Queen of Jamaica and head of state

1.

Bob Marley Museum, Kingston

Bob Marleys creaky Uptown home is crammed with memorabilia his gold and platinum records, his favorite shirt but the visitor is drawn to his untouched simple bedroom, adorned with objects of spiritual significance to the artist, the small kitchen where he cooked I-tal food, the hammock in which he lay to seek inspiration from the distant mountains, and the room riddled with bullet holes, where he and his wife almost lost their lives in an assassination attempt. The intimate surroundings and modest personal effects speak eloquently of Marleys turbulent life.

3. Climbing Blue Mountain Peak

A night hike to reach Jamaicas highest point by sunrise, your path lit by the sparks of a myriad fireflies, is an experience unlike any other. As you climb to Blue Mountain Peak, the vegetation becomes less and less tropical, until youre hiking amid stunted trees draped with old mans beard (moss) and giant ferns. In the pre-dawn cold at the summit, you wait in rapt silence as the first rays of the sun wash over the densely forested mountain peaks all around you, illuminating the distant coffee plantations and Cuba beyond.

4. Boston Bay
The best experiences in Jamaica are extremely sensory affairs, but Boston Bay may be the only one that is more defined by smell than sight or sound. Well, smell and taste: Boston Bay is the supposed birthplace of jerk, the spice rub that is Jamaicas most famous contribution to the culinary arts. The turnoff to Boston Bay (itself a lovely beach) is lined with jerk stalls that produce smoked meats that redefines what heat and sweet can do as complementary gastronomic qualities. In plain English: it tastes freakin amazing.

. The sleepy fishing village of Port Royal only hints of past glories that made it pirate capital of the Caribbean and the wickedest city on earth. Stroll in the footsteps of pirate Sir Henry Morgan along the battlements of Fort Charles, still lined with cannons to repel the invaders; become disorientated inside the Giddy House artillery store, tipped at a jaunty angle; or admire the treasures in the Maritime Museum, rescued from the deep after two thirds of the town sank beneath the waves in the monstrous 1692 earthquake.

Margaret Thatcher : THE IRON LADY

Margaret Thatcher is one of the most well known women in British history and especially in British politics Elected as the first woman prime minister in all of Europe, Margaret Thatcher held office for a record 11 years, from 1979 to 1990. In the Conservative Party she served, she dedicated her tenure to boosting Britains economy. Her controversial methods along with her strong personality would help Britain lay a foundation to become one of the strongest economies in the world. Following in her fathers footsteps, Margaret felt an early desire to lead people to better not only themselves, but also their situation. In 1943, she attended Oxford University to study chemistry. After graduating, she worked as a research chemist while attempting to become a Conservative Party candidate in Dartford. In her role as the prime minister of Britain, Margaret Thatchers first term was marred with never before seen unemployment, a rise in poverty, and great social tension. However, through all of this, she claimed that she was laying the groundwork for her next term in office, which she won by a landslide. In her second and third terms, she planned on shaving the powers of unions and their ability to strike. Even through threats, bombings, and public pressure, she wouldnt give into Unionists demands. In her third tenure as prime minister, Margaret Thatcher resigned due to her growing resistance to join the European Union and a poll tax that she initiated.

The will to be happy

- What Would you like to be when you grow up? - I want to be happy. - But we all want to be happy girl, what is the profession you want to have when you grow up?

Is it? Is it true that when we answer this question "What do you want to be when you grow up?" we are implied to say that we want to be happy? If we answer that we want to be doctors or teachers, we're not necessarily saying that we want to be happy. Being happy is a conviction, is something we must seek with all our dedication and effort. Being happy is a job, is a job where the person goes, where the person comes back from and in which the person spends some time. Sure, money, love, self-esteem, self-realization, recognition and awareness are part of happiness, but the basic raw material for happiness is the conviction of wanting to be happy. Happiness is not a given, is a work in constant progression in one's mind. To happiness we work with all that we have and we employ our entire mind. - I will work hard to be a great lawyer, but I'll also work hard to be happy, because life is beautiful and we only live once.

It is certain the fact that every person since child dream to continue the studies and enter a good University,to graduate it and apply the knowledge accumulated. We spend great part of our lives at our jobs,so choosing a right career is one of the most important decisions you will make in your life. Many students finis high school and begin college without a clear idea of what they want to do in future.Part of the problem is the size of the job market itself. With so many kinds of jobs how can tell which will interest you? Some occupations are already overcrowded. In old idustries there may be little need for new workers, while new and growing industries will offer jobs now and in the future. Therefore,it is extremely important to explore your choice of occupations from every angle, collect as much information as you can.But above all your interests, talents and abilieties. Most people have a lot of these, but at the beginning they are undeveloped and may not seem outstanding.By concetrating on a few,or on one you may surprise yourself at how good you can get. Unemplyment especially hits poor and working class families the hardest, not because this people are more likely to be unemployed, but because they do not have financial resource to fall back

Fight for your dreams!

All you need is just to believe. The dreams, of all kinds, feed on the belief that we place on them. If you want to kill a dream stop believing in it, if you want to make it come true dont stop thinking about it. If you want your dream alive, be ready to risk your life for it, make your dream something bigger than yourself. Dont see it as a dream, but as a part of yourself, so if someone asks you to leave your dream he will be asking you to kill yourself. You must be a slave to your dream before it becomes your slave. You must do everything for it before it does everything that you want the most for you. You have to go after it until it becomes a reality. You will often be alone, on an abandoned island with the shadow of your dream, make no mistake, no one has a faith in your dream that matches yours: abandonment is the company of all dreamers. Ally yourself with solitude and walk together as many times as necessary the paths that lead to the realization of your dream.Leave now pride along the way because you will be obliged to leave it earlier or later. The road to success is full of thorns and humility is your footwear. For each ten steps forward you give, five will be with the help of someone. Aid should be implored, or at least requested, but never demanded. Prepare to be a victim of humiliation, but remember, this is the time to be a slave to your dream, this is the time to sacrifice and go after it enduring all adversities. After gathering this faith, courage, humility, strength and spirit of sacrifice, only be able to stand, only be able to open your eyes because your dream will become a reality at any time.

Mothers Hands
It was a sad winter day. I sit in my bed and i feel that i can't breathe. It was an another day when i'm sick. The doctor said that i have a rare form of pneumonia... through my hot ears i can slowly hear how all my friends are plaing in the snow...it's so cool! I want to get up,but quickly i realize that i have not enough power. Mom, where are you? Come here please...I need you! In a half of second she was in front of me, tired and scared.God, she is so beautifull... I looked at her for a moment and i asked:can you bring me some snow, i want to see it, to smell, to fell... she didn't said no, till i drank a sip of tea she was back.In her hands she held something white, it was snow. She kept the snow for some seconds and then she spread it on the floor. Mom looked at me and smiled...it was the saddest smile i ever seen.S he worked all the day, just for me.Some times i could see how her hands bleeding. Her hands were very tired but all the time when she touched me i felt like angels touch me.Her hands were so worm and soft...I remember that to the end of the winter, the doctor came to me and after he consulted me he said with some tears on his eyes that i'm ok,pneumonia was treated. He did not know how, but now after so long time i know how - all the magic was in her hands. God, how much i want to feel her sweet hands on my face forever...

Like man animals do have the right to live. Animals are also the creation of God. We should not kill them for food or sport. In the past the great king Ashoka forbade his subjects to kill animals either for food or sport. He had realized the important role animals play in the maintenance of ecological balance in nature. Many animals of our wild life have been becoming extinct. We have to protect our wild life. We have to change our outlook towards them. We should love animals as we love our own children. The Bishnoies love animals. They lay down their own lives to save animals. What an example! The Bishnoies know the importance of flora and fauna. Animals serve us in so many other ways. Some of them draw carts, amuse us, keep guard. They are faithful and affectionate. People who keep animals know what they mean to them. They dont deceive us like the human beings. Many animals are kept in cages in the zoos. That is a cruelty towards animals. Animals are kept to amuse people by circuses. It is also a cruelty towards them. Animals love freedom. They should not be kept in cages. They should be sent back to their natural dwellings - that is the forests. Do you consider yourself a pet lover? Do you love animals in general? Can you imagine yourself as a little boy in a trailer far away from the depths of socialization? Once upon a time there was this boy, and this boy had a friend. No matter how hard times got he had Bo. The boy was incredibly happy because he had always dreamed of having a dog like that, a companion. Then your friend dies and you are left standing. Can you imagine the pain? Another type of love that leads to harm is the love of animals. It is better than the love of things because an animal understands your passions as a human being and has the capability of returning love too. Nevertheless, this type of love is still not as great as the love of human beings. The dilemma of loving animals is that it is a one dimensional relationship. It is dictated by you and you define the creature because you love it so much you expect it to become human which in essence is inhumane because after all, an animal as an animal, it is not human. If we develop love for animals well do a great favor to God. Love begets love. This is what our great prachers bought us in the past. Let us make a vow to love animals

Preserving Nature
Many people take nature for granted and do not realize that they cannot just reap from it. The Earth needs to be nourished in return, so it can catch up with the peoples requirements. Everyone should assist in preserving nature because someday it may start to vanish.

Eventually the Earth will cease to exist if people do not start caring for the planet. The movie, The Road provides an excellent image of what Earth will convert into. The scenery is nothing, but gray ash scattered around. All plant life is gone. Without plants the animal and human population dwindles down to almost nothing. The remaining individuals look depressed or insane and have to scavenge for food. Is this what the world will come to? Simple changes can save it from the doomed fate that lies ahead. There is still time to do what is necessary, so enough with wasting the glorious life in the world, and start doing what is right now.
Everyone can help save the nature around us by acting out in many different ways. Recycling, planting, using eco-friendly products, being more conservative with products and bringing awareness to this horrid matter are just a few simple acts that can cure the Earth. The greatest change that could be made would be to get away from the usage of gasoline. This need pollutes the air which can cause harmful effects on plants and animals. Jim Clyburn said, Environmental quality was drastically improved while economic activity grew by the simple expedient of removing lead from gasoline. Smart cars are being made that help the environment too, so if gasoline was not needed at all the Earth would create more life. With more helpful changes the nature around will flourish. There is nothing to lose, and caring for nature will in return assist the human race. Applying the necessary changes will allow everyone to witness the beauty in Mother Nature. Clean air and fresh water will be major effects that everyone will love. Plants will blossom and grow into beautiful sights to behold. People will become happier with the spectacular views surrounding them. Food and other resources will be plentiful as long as it is replaced. All this sounds better than an ashy gray world. The changes made will help preserve and expand nature. Nature has always been important to everyone and everything in the world. It provides nourishment and beauty for life. Simple changes can be made to better Mother Earth, so start taking responsibility to make a difference or else it may descend into nothing.

A Healthy Lifestyle Equals a Healthy Life

We all want to enjoy good health for as long as we live. While many people focus on exercising and eating right to promote good health, there are other aspects of your life that contribute. A healthy lifestyle takes into account your physical and mental health condition, stress levels, habits and relationships. If you want to enjoy the best health possible, its wise to take a holistic approach that encourages you to involve all areas of your life, instead of just two. Healthy lifestyle tips for healthier life:

Physical Fitness. Exercise is an important part of your physical health, while also contributing toward good mental and emotional health. Include cardiovascular exercise for heart health and weight control, strength training for strong muscles and bones, and flexibility to maintain a full range of motion. You Are What You Eat. A fast food meal or sweet treat here and there wont hurt you in the long-run, but if you constantly eat drive-through meals in your car, youre doing your health no favors. A combination of lean protein, whole grain products, low-fat dairy and fresh produce should be the mainstay of your diet. Reducing and Dealing with Stress. Too much stress at home or work affects your health. In addition to dealing with the root of the stress, its important to incorporate relaxation methods that can ease the stress and its symptoms. Meditation, stretching exercises, talking to a friend or counselor, or getting a massage are all possible solutions. Eliminating Bad Habits. Too much of anything is likely to be unhealthy for you. A drink once in a while is fine, but dont overindulge on alcohol regularly. Avoid smoking, sacrificing sleep and eating on the run due to your overly busy lifestyle. Maintaining Healthy Relationships. Being surrounded by positive people who care about you will boost your health, just as dealing with negative people daily can impact your health in a negative way. Strive to maintain work-life balance so you can enjoy time with your spouse and kids, or your family and friends. Dealing with Health Conditions. Dont wait to deal with illnesses and health conditions. In addition to seeing your doctor for regular checkups, participating in drug trial, can help you obtain free, proffesional healthcare with the possibility of trying new drugs to treat your illness ,all while get paid for your participation. All of these different lifestyle components come together to help you regain or maintain good health. When youre young, health concerns are often the furthest thing from your mind. But the ability to enjoy good health in your senior years depends partly on the health habits you keep throughout your life.Make small changes each week as you work toward improving your health. Let your physician be your ally in determining the best ways for you to stay healthy. Exercising, eating right, reducing stress, cutting out bad habits, enjoying positive relationships and staying on top of your health are all vital parts of feeling young and healthy, no matter what your age.

The 5 Secrets to Job Search Success

1. Create a targeting strategy In order to make a job search effective it really helps to be clear about who you are targeting and what you are targeting. This means being clear about what type of business or company you are looking to join, what type of role you want, in what industry and sector and so on. Make sure the target is clear to you and that you focus your job hunt around them.

2. Harness your network

Networking is a big impact and effective way to get you into your next role. Knowing the right people can get you places. Unfortunately many of us feel as though we dont know anyone who can help us. Perhaps we know many people but not the right people. Says who? Dont close that door. Take a harder, deeper look at your network and connections. What are you looking for exactly and who can help you to get there? Be creative about it and dont be afraid to ask around. 3. Interview preparation Interviews can be a scary thing for some of us. Some people find it a doddle and others find it very unpleasant. Being faced with 4 or 5 rounds of interviews can be daunting so its important to make sure that you feel confident and prepared. Do you homework! Re ad up on the company, the role, make sure you know who it is that is interviewing you and what to expect in the interview. Build your confidence around presenting and projecting yourself, articulating your talents and interests, and being able to really work the interview. If may help to role-play some interviews and run a few mock interview sessions with a Guide, a friend or an old colleague. 4. Know what you want If you are not clear about what you want and why you want it it will be very difficult to get it and convince others to give it to you! Spend time getting clear about what you actually want to do i.e. what role would be suitable to you, what you will enjoy, where you want to work, what you want from that role to be fulfilled, interested and passionate about it. 5. Know your value One of the hardest things can be to get across your value to a potential employer or interviewer. In order to articulate and communicate your value well so that others understand it and appreciate you you must first know and believe in your skills and talents yourself i.e. you need to know your own value before others will value you. So learn about yourself. Evaluate yourself. Get to know what you are good at, what you can do, what your skills are, what you are an expert in, what your strengths are and what you can bring to an organization. This will build your confidence and understanding in yourself and help you communicate this effectively when talking to others.
