FIXOVIN LAMIFIX

FIXOVIN LAMIFIX is a starch based adhesive which is used as pasting adhesive in corrugated industries for semi

automatic plants. It is a cold soluble

adhesive in powder form.

Features

Easy to use
Fixovin Lamifix is very simple in preparation. It merely requires stirring the mixture
with the help of high speed stirrer for 15 minutes.

Dries very quickly

The adhesive is specially crafted to give not only good but quick output. The adhesive dries very quickly.

Non Hygroscopic
Kraft paper used in manufacturing is hygroscopic in nature. Regular adhesive with ph15 is also hygroscopic in nature which affects the quality of output. Fixovin Lamifix is non hygroscopic in nature. So once the board once dries, it will no longer absorb atmospheric moisture.

Increases the thickness of the board

Fixovin Lamifix provides a coating on the flute which helps in increasing the
thickness of the corrugated board.

Improves Bursting Strength (B.S) and weight of the board

Bursting strength (B.S.) & Weight of the corrugated board increases by approx. 12% 15% with the use of Fixovin Lamifix.

Less Consumption
The consumption of adhesive is approx. 25% less than the normal adhesive.

Superior Quality Output

The result of FIXOVIN LAMIFIX is more superior as compared to Hot Process Adhesive

No black lines on imported paper

The use of regular adhesive sometimes leads to black lines on papers. Fixovin Lamifix is formulated in a way that it prevents black lines from appearing.

Procedure for using Fixovin Lamifix

Take about 120 liters of water in the gum tank. Pour half bag of powder into water and stir the mixture. Let the powder uniformly mix with water and then remaining half bag of powder. After the powder gets uniformly mixed in the solution start adding water gradually.

Add about 30 liters of water approximately and then stir the mixture.
Maintain the viscosity of the solution between 45 50 seconds with B4 FORD CUP.
