Emergency Overview
7
In the volatile world that we live in, it is important to remember that anything can happen. You may not know when disaster will strike, or when bad things will happen, however, you can take steps to make sure you are prepared to take action in the event of an emergency.
This Emergency Manual is designed to assist residents and staff in preparation for emergency so they may be prepared to ensure the safety of others, themselves, and property. It is important to remember to stay calm and follow the directions set aside in this manual as well as that of first responders. A hard copy of this manual will be kept in the office as well as an electronic copy.
Greystar Management was created on built upon the pillars which have made this company successful; people, profitability, customer satisfaction, growth, operational excellence, and community. Focusing on operational excellence, we are happy to provide this Emergency Manual to help ensure the safety of your home and your family.
