Means of finance : 6 crores from 3 partners equally and 3.75 crores loan from HDFC bank @ 9% per annum. Capital Expenditure : Rs.1 crore for 5000 sqft @ Rs. 2000 per sqft . Rs.5 crore for company registration and government taxes.

Recurring Expenses
Logistics : Tirupati Services : Transport from Delhi Hyderabad and other places in Andhra Pradesh 24 lakhs Promotions : 48 lakhs on Ad Boards , Televisions and newspapers.
Development of Service Center : 52 lakhs Day to Day Expenses : Electricity , Telephones , Computers etc. 1 lakh

Basic Requirements
For finance , marketing , R & d , sales and manager

executives require a minimum qualification of graduation. For people in service centre the minimum qualification required is matriculation and basic knowledge of cars . The people in maintenance there is no minimum qualification required . They Should have basic knowledge about Cleanliness . The Security Person requires no specific qualification . They should be Physically Fit .

Work Experience
The People in Finance , Marketing ,

R & D , Sales , and Manager will require a work experience of 5 years The People in Service , Security and Maintenance Department will require at least a work experience of 2 years

Procedure for Recruitment


Through Educational Institutions for

people in Finance , Marketing , R & D , Sales and Manager . Security and Maintenance people from their concerned Organization. Service Center People will be hired by newspapers classifieds and references. Personal interviews, appointment letters issued within 3 days after selection

No Competitive Dealer in the market . The market for the particular product is limited .

Economic scenario, more brands in the future.


Threats include, reduced sales, financial stability

of the company is not much structured .
