MTM was established in February 1982. Started from a single unit Sheikhupura Road Faisalabad. In 1990 the revolution of this company started. It added 3 units. Processing Finishing Dying In 1994 it added three more departments Cutting Stitching Packing. In 2001 the demand on national and international level rises this company established extra 2 units in faisalabad city.

In 2001(AATCC) American Association of Textile Chemist and Colorist awarded an award to lab department testing a best quality testing product.
In 2005 MTM wins an award from (AATE) American Association of Textile Exports as a best quality export company in Soothsayer.

Masood textile mill is the best knit wear in the world. In a short span of time, the company has established a good image in the international market .Although there is a tough competition in the international market, but Masood textile mills is continuously going on its way to prosperity .China , India, Bangladesh are the major countries, which have direct competition with Pakistan. Due to quota system the company has accepted only limited orders. Raw material like fabric and ribs are produce by itself. JC Penney connect its over 1100 stores to generate weekly order to mtms warehouse in US through EDI.
