Ans 1. According to me there are some important characteristics for doing business such as : Marketing on large scale : Jack should introduce the watch products at large scale so that so that the selling of watches can be done on large basis. Promote the products to domestic customers They should concentrate more on the domestic customers also so that the consistency in sale can be made.

Meeting needs They should meet the customers needs in all the form whether it is in the different attributes of the products or in the prices of the products. Develop the products according to cultural aspect They should develop and modify the product according to the cultural requirements for example Islamic cultural in this case. Competitive pricings They should concentrate on the pricing of the products and it should be competitive in comparison to the other subtitute products in the market.

The Hofstede dimension of power distance implies the individualism in the society of a country means the persons are not equal in the society. it expresses the attitude of the culture towards these inequalities amongst us. Power distance is defined as the extent to which the less powerful members of institutions and organisations within a country expect and accept that power is distributed unequally.

Individualism - The fundamental issue addressed by this dimension is the degree of interdependence a society maintains among its members.

The owner has a strong personal relationship with many wealthy Saudi and transfer orders from these people and work on commission basis It has good reputation in the market and distribution channel to other dealers and retailers It has good customer loyalty in the market.
