A FUEL ENERGIZER (MAGNETIZER) is a device which ionizes the fuel being fed
through it. A magnetizer uses (neodymium iron boron magnet). A fuel consists of hydrocarbon, when it flows through a magnetic field changes its orientation and molecules of hydrocarbon change their configuration.
Magnetizer fuel energizer (e.g.:Neodymium super conductor NSCM) is installed immediately before carburetor or injector on fuel line. On home cooking gas system it is installed just before burner.
Most fuels are liquid, but liquid fuels do not combust until they are vaporized and mixed with air. Motor vehicles Exhaust consist of unburned hydrocarbon, carbon monoxide, and oxides of nitrogen. Unburned hydrocarbon and oxides of N2 react in the atmosphere and create smog.
Generally, fuel for an internal combustion engine is composed of a set of molecules. These molecules have not been realigned and so the fuel is not actively interlocked with oxygen.

This has the effect of ensuring that the fuel actively interlocks with the oxygen, complete combustion take place.
Hydro
carbons basically have a CAGE like structure and hence availability of oxygen is less. Hydrogen exists in its less reactive Para state. Oxygen has 2 valence electrons and hydrocarbons have neutral molecular structure and hence they get repel each other resulting in incomplete combustion.
If
hydro carbon molecule could better bind with oxygen molecule then combustion goes on easily. the state of hydrogen molecule from Para state to more reactive ortho state.
Changing
It
is basically a frequency resonator that uses neodymium super conductor magnets. It is also called magnetizer as its working mostly relates to magnetic field. It is capable of producing strong magnetic field with the help of magnets. By applying a strong magnetic field hydrocarbons can be broken so that surface area increases. This field also helps in changing the state of hydrogen.
