Title: A study on mental set up of individual to fight with the firm diversity

Managing Diversities within all the Adversity

Objective : To understand the kind of mental set up each individual should have and how individual can build that mental set up to fight with diversities.

Method of the study : The analytical method was adopted to make literature review and case based study was adopted in addition to personal experiences and observational study being made of current crisis to come out with solution.
