Definition
"Leadership is a function of knowing yourself, having a vision that is well communicated, building trust among colleagues, and taking effective action to realize your own leadership potential." Skill is an ability and capacity acquired through deliberate, systematic, and sustained effort to smoothly and adaptively carryout complex activities or job functions involving ideas, things, and/or people.

Asserting Control
Control may be asserted in a variety of ways and situations.
One general rule is to praise in public , criticize in private. Control is always being asserted directly or indirectly , positively or negatively.
Resources
An economic or productive factor required to accomplish
an activity ,or as means to undertake and enterprise and achieve desired out come.
E.g. Sun, tree, people, time, a knife everything is resources . Group resources

Human resources.
The human spirits capacity for achievement and
innovation is enormous. The greatest challenge we face in entire life is getting out of our own way .
Physical resources. Are made up of tangible asset found in our
environment.
Counseling
Counseling
Counseling is private talk with someone that helps the
individuals right to privacy. there is no more arrogant than who offers unsolicited and unwanted advice.
Setting an example is your personal behaviour, independent of external influences. It is an important part of controlling group performance.
Representing the group is more an art than an exact science. If you are effective at representing your group, you will positively influence their attitude, motivation and enthusiasm.

CONCLUSION:
A Leader must be an expert in his area. He must possess all the technical skills of his area of
expertise. He must understand the feelings, emotions, and needs of the employees which is very essential for gaining loyalty from them. A Leader must lead by an example, for the followers to follow, by the way of right conduct, and ethics. He must be an idol, philosopher, guide and a role model to his followers.
