Lack of town level recreational spaces such as townhall etc No space for future expansion of University.

DECREASING THE DENSITY


* Relocating hostels from the central core.

Hence, freeing of space in the core area to be used for various other student related purposes such as
Auditorium

Parking etc.

RENEWAL & REDEVELOPMENT


University buildings relocated . Central area proposed to use only for academic institutions and student recreation facilities. New hostels to be developed in the outer ring in place of the old and poor conditioned hostels. Hence decrease the density Space for Medical College, etc to be provided in the new
