ABA & IDEAL owner operates a fully bonded and insured, in-house maintenance and housekeeping department. Our staff is highly motivated and trained to provide superior service resulting in high customer satisfaction surveys. ABA & IDEAL has over 80 years of combined corporate housing experience within the executive manangement team. 24 hour, 7 days a week, client dedicated customer service line with after hours emergency service.

Company Profile & History


1997:
After over a decade of providing housekeeping and customer service to other providers, ABA began corporate housing in New York City.

2007:
ABA became the only corporate housing company that is an ESOP in New York City.

1998:
ABA becomes a pioneering member of CHPA: Corporate Housing Providers Association.

Launches Going Green Initiative and becomes first to provide LCD TVs with HD cable.

2008:
ABA expanded its core reach into New Jersey, Westchester, and Connecticut by creating IDEAL Furnished Housing

2000 2002:
ABA is the first provider to offer luxury corporate housing in Brooklyn Heights and Long Island.

2008 2009:
ABA & IDEAL rebrands their product to include their now national coverage ABA & IDEAL launches new website ABA & IDEAL standardizes all apartments with wireless Internet access.

2006:
ABA is the first to provide IPOD docking stations as a standard feature in corporate apartments.
