Equipment Rental

The Basic Rental includes: - Chocolate Fountain - Chocolate fondue (Premium) - Chocolate fountain Satin base skirting ( for 4hours run time use) (additional 150psos an hour, over 4 hours) - Dismantle and clean up (30mins) *All of that at P 1,500 pesos only

To

reserve the Event date we charge a 500 peso nonrefundable deposit which is deductible to total contract price. To confirm this agreement, 500 non-refundable deposit should be paid on the reservation date, failure to comply will cancel the event once other customer reserved and paid for the said date or within 2 weeks from event date without deposit, whichever is earlier. The balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the date of the event and can be paid thru bank deposit or GCASH or any mode of payment preferred.

This

agreement may be cancelled either by Client or Keekai Party & Events 14 days prior to the event. If the Client initiates the cancellation, Keekai Party & Events will hold the 500 nonrefundable deposit that can be used towards another date that is booked within 60 days by the Client.
Client

will hold Keekai Party & Events in the event of illness, injury, act of God, or any other situation beyond control of Keekai Party & Events that prevents Keekai Party & Events from servicing.

Keekai

Party & Events requires access to the desired set-up area at least 45mins prior to the scheduled start time. In addition, 30 minutes are required after the conclusion of the service period for take down and removal (this time does not count toward the dipping time).
The

Client is responsible for providing a sturdy, level table preferably a round table. Client is also responsible for providing two table linens that coordinate with their color scheme.
Keekai

Party & Events requires at least one 220 volt circuit within 2 feet of the desired set-up area that adheres to contemporary safety standards. Once the Chocolate Fountain has been set up in the desired location. Client accepts full responsibility and is liable for any damages, injuries or delays that occur as a result of failure to comply with these provisions. Keekai Party & Events reserves the right to use any picture(s) from the event in advertising.

For

Self Service Rental, Keekai Party & Events will hold the Refundable Security Deposit if machine was returned in non-working condition immediately upon return of each Chocolate Fountain to cover for any damages, repairs and all other charges.
Customers

shall compensate Keekai Party & Events for any loss it may sustain as a result of customers canceling all or part of an order without Seventy-Two (72) hours prior notice.

Any

additional dipping time will be charged 150/hour.

For

self service rental, failure to return the machine in scheduled date and time (36 hours after pick-up time) will be charged 150/hour.

If

the Chocolate fountain is not set up by a Chocolatier of Keekai Party & Events , Customer agrees to assume full responsibility and liability for the safekeeping and return to Keekai Party & Events' premises of all Chocolate fountains rented under the terms of this Agreement, from the time the Chocolate Fountain leaves Keekai Party & Events' premises until it is returned.
Customer

acknowledges that all rented Chocolate Fountains are used at Customer's sole risk and Customer will hold harmless and indemnify Keekai Party & Events against any and all claims or liability arising out of the use of the Chocolate Fountains.

1. How do we Order/Reserve? Choose what package/products to avail. If no other clarifications or questions, you may now fill up the Order/Reservation Form. Wait for the Contract of Agreement to be emailed to you after you have filled up the form Deposit Down payment (bank details will be included in the contract of agreement) See you on your event. 2. Where are you located? Were located at Tagas, Daraga Albay (before Tagas Elementary School) 3. Can we visit your store? No. We dont have a store. We process everything online or thru text/call. 4. Do you have a landline? None. We dont maintain a landline since we are always out, and most of the time can't attend to phonecalls since we have a daytime job. 5. How will I pay? Thru BDO, Unionbank or GCASH or in person. Details will be included in the Keekai Party & Events Contract of Agreement. 6. Is the table included in the table set-up? No. We require clients to provide the table for us. Table set-up includes trays,plates,container for the dippers, use of Chocolate Fountain Satin base skirting, skewers, cocktail toothpick and table napkin but thats only included in packages. 7. Do you charge transpo fee? How much? Yes. It depends on the venue.

1. Can we add Chocolate, Dippers or Coating Yes but with additional charge. 2. Can we extend our Dipping time. Yes, with additional charge. 3. Can we add our own dippers? Yes. Just let us know so that we could provide additional container. 4. Can we get the refundable deposit if we returned a non working machine. No. 5. Can we customize our package? You may choose to add/upgrade dippers,chocolate fondue,coating to any existing package except Budget Treats or you may avail the Tailored Chocolate Fountain Package where you may create your own package (e.g. all fruit dippers, Belgian chocolate) 6. Where will we pick up the fountain? Can we meet instead? Complete address will be given to you together with the Contract of Agreement. Meeting up is not possible. 7. Can we upgrade dippers? As for the Budget Treat, we don't allow upgrade of dippers, coating or fondue. Upgrade will be applicable to all packages except Budget Treats, Self Service and Semi Service however you may always bring additional dippers and coating.
