Criticism
1997 Dell Inc -$50,000 for selling computers in Iran in violation of
sanctions.

July 2010 Dell Inc Paid $4 million penalty to settle SEC charges of
disclosure and accounting fraud in relation to undisclosed payments from Intel Corporation. Dell Inc.
