Signal alarm cable

Picture below is signal cable that connect from BBU to USLP2 board (length of this signal cable is short but is enough to connect from BBU to USLP2 board. USLP2 board(yellow circle) always sent by huawei and must be install on the SLPU module (position at slot 0)

Signal alarm cable from PSU monitor (com 485) to Battery rack (com in). The length signal cable is long and must be protected by conduit when distributed from BTS to Battery rack

Distribution CPRI
When receive BTS cabinet, CPRI cable already install but their distribution is wrong. Your team must change it direction from left to right. This direction is for 2G installation

Cable Distribution Hole

Cable distribution inside cabinet must be block. This material always sent by huawei. Dont use rubber to block it

Power & Ground Cable

Power fan must be install at battery rack and put in fuse no 3 in BTS for it DC power

Power for IDU connect at BTS according to its type. For IDU 620 must use 15A and for IDU 605 use 5A

If you not have spare 15A on BTS you can change it fuse. Thing that cover by plastic is tool to change the fuse

NB : for IDU 602 must prepare local purchase for bolt because the bolt is not provide by huawei and cant use existing bolt

Battery rack and BTS

NB : Battery rack ground cable at yellow circle and BTS ground cable at green circle

For battery rack cable can connect it to BTS first or directly connect to Grounding Bus bar. For BTS must connect to Grounding Bus Bar

All installation power and ground cable must be covered by heatshrink. The installation heatshrink must be good without copper cant see

Distribution all cable outside cabinet must protected by PVC

Module Position
DDF module must be install and position is above IDU module and below BBU

USLP2 board position must be on SLPU module on slot 0 not on BBU

Installation Feeder
First thing for jumper feeder, connection on DRFU board must be tight and label according to the standard ANT1

For installation feeder at DRFU board, TX connect to ANT1 and RX connect to ANT2. The connection must be tight and reliable. Main label feeder must be install is color ring and for addition marker yellow feeder. For color ring RED is for sector 1, Yellow is for sector 2 and Blue is for sector 3. For 2 ring is for TX and 1 ring is for RX. For marker yellow label A means TX and B means RX. For sector, starting from number 0 as sector 1 Note : Color ring insulating tape always been sent by huawei. So each site should have this material
