The goals

 developing a country-wide register of illegal dumpsites; removing as much garbage and dumps as possible from the environment and specially from protected areas; raising the awareness and providing public education on general environmental issues;

 developing a functional network involving the nongovernmental and governmental sector, private companies, citizens and schools, universities and academia, media and other entities

Complex administrative structure in BiH having 4 levels of government and 13 environmental ministries (but not at state level decentralised) Responsibilities regarding the environmental issues not always clearly defined (who is in charge of what) Lack of the Waste Management Strategy at state level Finding partners and sponsors
