Dispatcher Login
Prior to your first login, you will have been added to an account as an administrator. You should have received an email with the link below and a temporary password. Login into your account at: http://www.aridhio.com/ProofOfManager/pages/user/userlogin.jsp You will see the latest completed deliveries. You can manage your own password or add drivers by selecting Account/User Administration 1-1 You can manage delivery schedules by selecting Schedule Projects 1-2

Managing Personnel Information

From User Administration / Manage Account 1-1, you can: Change you own password 2-1 and Manage drivers 2-2

Adding Drivers
Drivers can be added by using either an email address or a phone number 3-1 Once a driver has been added, you can not change that email or phone number unless you first delete the original entry then add the driver again. If your organization schedules deliveries from multiple company locations, you can optionally specify a home location for the driver.

Managing delivery schedules

Deliveries can be scheduled or edited one at a time by using just the web portal 4-1. Many deliveries can be scheduled at once by importing a list of delivery schedules 4-2.

Adding Schedules from the Web Portal

When adding a scheduled project, a project level barcode 5-1 and / or individually barcoded items 5-2 can be used. Be sure to submit the information or edits 5-3.

Importing Schedules from a Spreadsheet

Multiple deliveries can be imported by using the provided spreadsheet template 7-1. To access the template, login and select Scheduled Projects (1-2) then select Import Projects (4-2). Note: while completing the spreadsheet, your login session may expire and you will have to login again before uploading the import file.

Unique Project Names

It is important that each project (delivery) is uniquely identified. A possible option is to define each delivery by a Route + a stop + a date, 8-1. An internal unique ID can be used for part or all of the above, 8-2.

Device Requirements

Installing the app

Install the ProofOf Service Android app by Intelligent Loop. This app can be found by searching for Intelligent Loop in Google Play

Initial Setup
From the apps main screen, select Settings before you use the app for the first time. Enter your name in the first field. Your administrator will tell you whether you will use an email or a phone number in the Email field. If you will be using a phone number, select Use phone number instead of email address . If using a phone number, your administrator will provide you with the password that you should use. The Server URL field should be set to aridhio.com unless instructed differently.

Downloading Schedules
From the main screen, select Scheduled Projects. Select Download Scheduled Projects You can choose to download just todays schedule or all of your scheduled deliveries

Opening a Scheduled Project

From the main screen, select Scheduled Projects. Press and hold the desired project. Options to view, work on, or delete the entry are presented. Once you decide to Start work, the entry moves out of the Scheduled Projects list and is now accessed from Manage Projects .

Project Barcodes and Per Item Barcodes

Projects can be scheduled with a Project level barcode and / or Per Item Barcodes Selecting Per Item Barcodes will show the items that were scheduled for delivery. An tem can be deleted from the list by pressing and holding on its list entry to get more options. An item can be added to the list by scanning the barcode on the new item.

Complete and Upload a Project (delivery)

While working on a Project, you can add photos (Manage Photos ) and signatures (Get Signature). Be sure to Save your work. From the main screen, select Manage Projects. Press and hold the desired project to get the Upload this entry option (must have wireless coverage).
