The 3rd concept of Ucapan Dasar Y.A.B Prime Minister, Dato Seri Najib Tun Razak in Perhimpunan Agung Umno 2006 demands the country education focused on :

Therefore, the national curriculum should be reviewed to ensure a holistic curriculum and relevant in order to produce a balanced human capital who able to overcome the current and future challenges.
