The main new features for the purposed building

library facilities Sufficient car park Management division Financial division Training division Marketing division Canteen Excellent media room Auditorium with 250 seats Sufficient class room Examination hall with 200 students Rest rooms and staff rooms for lecturers:- one staff room for internal lecturers and other staff room for external lectures

Differences between new education system with the current status

Current status
Students don't have library facilities Only have external lecturers There are only few amount of computer

Proposed system
I have allocated new library for purposed building Proposed five or six internal lectures for the academy. I proposed for (44) normal computers for staffs and (56)high end computer for staff and labs. Proposed building contains four pc labs for student use Introduced 13 softwares for civil eng students and 8 softwares for mechanical students

Proposed different different computers for different division. Especially at the account division their should be proper soft wares to calculate sums faster than the other computers There should be a separate place to keep backups in case of emergency there should be excess to recover backups In staff computers their should be internet connection during the working hours . Pc lab 01 already have internet connection for every time. but to the other labs net connection is given by according to the guide of lecturer

Their should be a heavy duty laser printer at the management division and the training division and for finance division and marketing division they can use bubble jet printers Here I have proposed for separate heavy duty laser printer for training division so we can provide hard copy for students as well as the soft copy Provide ups system, Utility system for pc lab 02 and pc lab 03

Only students can take a soft copy of their lectures

They dont have Ups system, utility power system. In case of power failure they have to s top the lectures.

Lectures can conduct a variety of group sessions such as workshops, seminars, and discussions at the auditorium or the Media Room we have provided a media room and auditorium for proposed building when we don`t have lectures in the those room we can rent it for outside . That will be a additional income for Academy.
