1.Log in ZTE EMS, Configuration on toolbar to click NE Management

2.Select BSC or RNC, right click to Start NE Management

Clarification for External and Adjacent Cell Configuration

1.Must Define External first,and then Define Adjacent ncells 2.Must Delete External first,and then Delete Adjacent ncells
